The crema-perfect pour

The cup won't sit still — neither can you. Track the cup with your pitcher and hold a steady stream dead centre. Twenty-five seconds. Every second on target fattens the crema ring. This is the muscle memory a steam wand actually teaches: position first, flow second.

A ThermoJet heating system reaches 93 °C in 3 seconds and PID control holds it within ±1 °C. A conventional block hunts ±6 °C around the target — and every degree is a different coffee.

Low-pressure pre-infusion soaks the puck at ~2 bar before the pump climbs to the full 9 bar. Gentle first, insistent second — that order is why an even extraction tastes sweet instead of sharp.
